The Cronk House is located in the heart of the beautiful seaside fishing village of St. Martins.  Built in 1869 by shipbuilders, this historic Cape Code style home offers spacious rooms with 12 foot ceilings, original wide plank floors and all the comforts of home for a large family group.  The house is located just one block from a three- mile public beach and just a few minutes from the harbour and the St. Martins sea caves. Experience the Bay of Fundy's  mighty tides and walk the ocean floor at low tide out to sea caves carved into massive red cliffs by the waves. Hike the nearby Fundy Trail to scenic vistas and secluded beaches. The Cronk House offers a fully equipped, centrally located vacation home from which to enjoy the splendor of the Bay of Fundy and explore much of the New Brunswick coast.

This home offers over 2,000 square feet of family living.

House Amenities
  • 4 bedrooms, sleeps 9.  One bedroom with ensuite bath and queen bed on main floor.  
  • The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a sitting area and a four piece bath. One bedroom has queen bed, another has a double and a single bed, another has two single beds.  
  • Large fully equipped kitchen with eating area. Kitchen is equipped with full sized stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
  • Laundry room/mud room just off kitchen is equipped with full size washer and dryer.
  • All linens are provided
  • Formal dining room.
  • Living room on main floor and a second floor sitting room, both equipped with satellite televisions.
  • Large backyard with picnic table & chairs.
  • Maximum occupancy 9 people
  • The house is NON-SMOKING.
  • Pets welcome

Community Amenities

  • The house is located just a few doors away from corner stores that are open 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., 7 days per week. Light grocery items, liquor, baked goods and video rentals are available at these stores.
  • Just 10 minutes away from the Fundy Trail.

 

Rates

July - August $975 per week

May/June/Sept/Oct. $850 per week

Rates are in Canadian dollars and are subject to sales tax of 14%.  Rental is based on 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.

50% deposit required upon booking. Visa & Mastercard accepted.  30 day cancellation.

 Check-in 4:00 p.m. Check-out 10:00 a.m.
