The Beachfront Cottage is located on the shores of the Bay of Fundy where the highest tides in the world sweep in and out each day just 50 feet from the cottage deck. Located in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of St. Martins, this newly renovated vacation home has the best location of any cottage in the area.  Guests will enjoy an expansive view of the Bay from almost every window. Watch the sunrise over the water each morning. Comb the three miles of beach in front of the cottage for shells and watch boats come and go into the harbour while sitting on the deck. Walk the ocean floor at low tide out to sea caves carved into massive red cliffs by the waves. Enjoy bonfires on the beach in front of the cottage during the evenings. The Beachfront Cottage offers a fully equipped vacation home from which to enjoy the splendor of the Bay of Fundy at your doorstep.

• The cottage includes a wrap around deck overlooking the water in addition to a front yard which slopes down to a 3 mile stretch of beach. Gas barbecue, table and chairs provided on the deck for outdoor dining.
• 2 bedrooms, master with queen bed, second bedroom with twin beds. A single pull out couch in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
• A 4 piece bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area. Kitchen is equipped with full sized stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and dishes, pots pans and cooking utensils.
• Laundry room/mud room just off kitchen is equipped with full size washer and dryer.

• Living room features large picture window overlooking the Bay. Equipped with 27" colour satellite television and VCR.

• The cottage is just a block away from corner stores that are open 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Light grocery items, liquor, baked goods and video rentals are available at these stores.
• Just 10 minutes away from the Fundy Trail.

Rates are in Canadian dollars and are subject to sales tax of 14%.  Rental is based on 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
